In terms of the Code of Good Practice which was approved by cabinet on 6 December 2006 and which is due to be gazetted, the company is given automatic Level 4 recognition. The company fully ascribes to the Code of Good Practice for Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. In order to play a meaningful role in this regard the company will set in motion a process of self rating. The current status and progress achieved in this regard will be published annually by the directors.
