<h3>Description:</h3>
<p>The Power Agent is a powerful SNMP Adapter for UPS systems that do not currently support Ethernet connectivity but do have a serial communications interface. <span id="more-57"></span>The product is specifically designed to provide network management and multiple open standards like HTTP, Telnet and SNMP. The Power Agent currently supports a number of Standard UPS Serial Protocols, and is designed to be adaptable to different proprietary protocols. The data structure and web interface is based on the UPS standard as defined in RFC 1628.</p>
<p>The Power Agent can be configured to work with our client shutdown software, Multenet PowerDown. PowerDown client shutdown software offers a timed shutdown and messaging service, and is available for a range of Operating Systems including Microsoft Windows, Linux, Sun Solaris and Novell Netware.</p>

<li>Get notified when the UPS is disconnected or on every alarm, be it through email or informative text popups.</li>
<li>The 48 Hour records System gives you the ability to view past &amp; present data in XL, graphs and tables, together with a search engine, designed specifically for finding when and where problems occur.</li>
<li>Interface with SNMP Managers via the embedded RFC 1628 SNMP MIB, for added features and support.</li>
<li>Standalone, or mounted on DIN Rail or in a 19&#8243; Rack.</li>
